 Going Away Happy

My new CD has been in-the-works for almost three years and I’m ready for you to hear it.  I’ve completed three separate projects since the last EP in 2014: a swingin' big band arrangement titled “Nobody Knows I’m Here” and a rendition of “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen” both with my band "GEQ." Also, the soundtrack of “B4U Dip B Sure” for spoken word artist, Anita Caprice.

This project has been an interesting experience because it’s a new genre for me. Classic Jazz, Smooth/Contemporary Jazz or R&B it’s not. The genre is New-age . . . “a genre of music intended to create artistic inspiration, relaxation, and optimism.” The project is subtitled ‘Meditative Grooves’ which describes it as having a twist that may be a little different than what one may expect in New-age music.

This production is a FULL album of sounds, harmonies & rhythms that I know you will enjoy. Yeah . . . I’m ready for you to hear it. One cut from the album will be out in November as the first single. Look for the announcement very, very, soon.
